1- The materials used :
SDU has a wide range of equipment and expertise, which enable all kinds of materials to be used in its creations. Indeed, we process metal in all its forms: sheets, wire, tubes (steel, stainless steel and aluminium etc.), shaped and sheets of plastic (PMMA, PS, PVA etc.), brut and melamine wood, cardboard and glass.

2- Production facilities:
Our workshops have complete metal work facilities that are skilfully operated.

An integrated sheet metal working line :

2  laser cutting centers and a numerical control punch for flat cutting regardless of the shape or materials used. Volume production is performed by our range of digital control folding presses.

Wire and tube processing :

Metal wire is cut and formed by 8-axes automatic bending machines with a diameter range of 1 to 12 mm. Tubes are also cut by automatic machines and formed under various techniques (bending, rolling, kinking, ) on state-of-the-art machines.

Assembly :

All metal parts are assembled using 2 welding techniques:  spot welding and  metal inert gas welding performed by several automated units.
