On one site, we have a comprehensive team, skilled in every aspect of materials processing: wood, metal, plastic etc.
  Plastic machining and forming :
We cut and form all types of plastic: PMMA, PVC, PS etc. in our plastics workshop and all thermoforming and injection processes are skilfully performed by local partners.
Machining and assembly of wooden sub-assemblies :
We have integrated the machining technologies for the melamine and pressed-wood materials required by our creations.
Painting and printing :
To ensure that our display units are in line with our clients’ graphic charters, we have invested in digital printing and screen printing technologies, offering both flexibility and competitive prices for very type of project.
All of our metal units are painted by our powder paint line, installed in our workshop in 2006 (3 spray booths with recycle systems).
This process of thermostatic painting offers a range of colours and textures unrivalled by our competitors.
Assembly lines, storage and transportation :
All of our display units are assembled on our 5 assembly lines at our site in Tenay. We also have a 10, 000 sq. m storage capacity, which enables us to provide our clients with a complimentary logistical service.
Finally, our display units may be delivered by our own vehicles or via the transportation network of a Seiller partner (road, air, sea, etc...).
